Terms of service
- Cookie kits and have an approximate shelf life of at least 4-6 weeks. Additionally they are all sealed fresh in their own poly bags for even further freshness.
- Cake kits can be frozen (cake portion only) for when ready to use.
- Kits containing cookie dough can also be frozen or refrigerated upon receipt until ready to use.
1. PROCESSING times for your order generally varies between 2-5 days (holiday peak times may incur additional time for processing). We bake your items upon order. Most items other than our Cookie Decorating Kits, can be easily refrigerated or even frozen for later use, such as our cakes cookie dough etc..
2. ADDITIONAL SHIPPING TIMES FROM THE CARRIERS need to be considered and are only ESTIMATED BY THE CARRIERS.
Example: Priority Mail to be approximately 2-3 business days under normal business conditions.
(Delays may be likely due to current Covid-19 conditions.)
3. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR, NOR DO WE GUARANTEE "DELIVER BY" DATES OR ISSUE REFUNDS FOR ORDERS NOT RECEIVED BY A CUSTOMERS REQUESTED TIME FRAME.
4. There are NO refunds on perishable food items in addition to returned packages due to incorrect addresses and/or the inability of the carrier to deliver to the stated address, carrier shipping delays or adverse weather related spoilage issues.
5. A requested delivery date is NOT a condition for purchase. Although we make every effort to process orders in accordance with a requested customer deliver by date, we are NOT responsible for delays that may occur and consequently NO refunds are applicable.
6. NO refunds will be issued once a shipping notification has been issued.
7. There are NO refunds on custom orders (ie Create-A-Cake kits etc)
Customers are responsible for opening their package promptly upon delivery and refrigerating any items that require refrigeration or freezing such as cookie dough products, cake products etc..
8. We reserve the right to make changes to product design and contents which may include substitutions to confectionery, icing colors, cookie shapes or other items as deemed necessary by management.
9. Inspect your package immediately upon arrival for correct product, missing items and instructions.
10. Special orders may take additional time to process.
11. For Customer Notes OR Messages to a Recipient: Use the CUSTOMER NOTES AREA to insert a note to us or your recipient. (It will be printed on the Packing Slip with you package.)
12. We package our products carefully and securely for shipping. Please examine your contents upon receiving. We cannot guarantee breakage due to mishandling by shipping services, however please contact us should your items not arrive in a quality condition.
13. Our unbaked cookie dough products are shipped with Cool Packs and should be refrigerated or frozen immediately upon receiving. During warm weather months, dough products may be warm and gel packs may have returned to a liquid state. In most cases this is normal and the dough should be placed in a refrigerator or freezer upon arrival. The dough can easily be returned to room temperature when ready to use.
**Note: Cookie dough will be shipped Mon-Wed. only during warmer weather months as to prevent unnecessary weekend hold times by carriers in their distribution centers.

15. Shipping/Carrier Selection- we reserve the right to ship with an alternate carrier of equal or less estimated carrier shipping time than the one you select upon ordering.
It is best to always order EARLY to give extra time considering when your order is received, our current production schedule, load etc.
